All Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the Next Business Day . ( Monday through Friday )

 

Due to the Nature of these Products, for sanitary and FDA purposes there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.

Once Your Payment has Cleared , You will receive and email when your order has been processed, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND this may take up to 72 hours. You will also receive a second confirmation email once your order has been shipped which may include your tracking number. Shipping 3-5 business Days. SALE ORDERS TAKE 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND OF ORDERS WHEN A SALE IS RELEASED!! IF YU DIDNT RECIEVE AND EMAIL ABOUT YOUR ORDER NOT BEING SHIPPED OUT THAT MEANS YOUR ORDER IS STILL BEING PROCESSED.

Wig Policy:

Due to the nature of our products and services provided by Royal Flair Hair Collection Wigs there are no REFUND or EXCHANGES as I mentioned above. If a Client isn't Sastifed with the final Product ( via Proof Pictures ) before shipped out we will make an responsible effort ( NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ) to work with the client to adjust or alter upon clients request. NOW HOWEVER once the client has Confirmed they like the final work of the unit there will not be further alternations MADE
  1. All Clients Must send in " inspired/desire Photos" of the styles they would like for there custom unit.The pictures are used as a guide for us to achieve your desired unit.
  2. ( THIS OPTION IS FOR CUSTOMIZED UNIT ) Either a 50% non refundable deposit or Full Payment When Booking an appointment , this deposit must be paid to secure your appointment. The remaining balance will be DUE once your unit is complete.
  3. You have to sign off a waiver before The Process BEGIN.
  4. PLEASE NOTE : WE DO NOT SEE CLIENTS IN PERSON.
